We rented a class A 34 ft RV from here and had the BEST experience with this company. EVERYONE was extremely knowledgeable and HELPFUL through the entire process. Pro RV is the best dealership I've ever dealt with, hands down. We've owned travel trailers for 20 years — popup, tow behind, and fifth wheel, and have visited most of the ones between San Antonio and Dallas, and dealt with the service departments of a couple around Austin. We traded in our 5th wheel for a used motorhome from Pro RV. There was a couple of issues that they told us off the bat they were in the process of addressing. They had no problem with me hiring a 3rd party inspector and setting the rig up for him to go over. The inspection revealed a handful of minor issues, which Pro RV addressed. The owner and his staff were always pleasant, professional, and a delight to interact with. It was also re-assuring to see that during this pandemic, all of the employees were all wearing masks. I would definitely buy from them again. I just wish they were in the Austin area instead of Ft. Worth... :-)
